She is always inspired Middle Eastern dance and immerses herself in the art by studying and teaching various styles that include Egyptian and Cabaret, American Tribal Style®, and Tribal Fusion.
Among some of her accomplishments in dance, Kaitlyn has attended week-long intensives w/ Aziza of Montreal, completed Levels I & II of Sahra Saeeda's Journey Through Egypt cultural certification program, received General Skills & Teacher Training Certification in ATS® from Fat Chance Bellydance®, judged professional bellydance competitions in 2010, 2011 & 2014 and performed alongside Indian Bollywood star Raggeshwari in 2008. Kaitlyn is also a featured dancer on the instructional video series for the smash hit “Learn Bhangra App”.
Kaitlyn began performing with Bellydance Evolution in 2014 and her dreams were realized when she was selected for the Atlanta & DC dates, and again in 2015 for the Boston and NYC dates of “Alice in Wonderland” East Coast Tour. In 2016, Kaitlyn was chosen to be a member of BDE's international cast of "AIW" China tour. In 2017 she toured extensively with BDE, this time for the West Coast “AIW” Farewell Tour, and then later for BDE's newest show "Fantasm", performing in US premier in Atlanta, and then Los Angeles & Dallas.
Kaitlyn's other passion is Indian Classical & Folk Indian styles and Flamenco and studies them as often as she can. She is the creative director of her student performance troupe "Apsara" and is an event producer in her area.
