Wednesday Bellydance classes are coming to Vitality Studio June 14th

We are so excited to be adding more classes to our schedule at Vitality Studio! Join us on Wednesdays for a 4 week session of bellydance fun! Wednesday classes are taught by Colleen.

Beginning Wednesday June 14th, and running through July 5th, 2017.
6:30pm - 7:30pm Bellydance Basics
$50 for all 4 weeks, $15 to drop in on a class

Learn the basics of bellydance technique and work on smoothly transitioning between the essential elements of movement vocabulary. Dancers will learn hip work, core work, traveling steps, graceful hand and arm technique, and put everything together into a clean, concise dance routine by the end of the session. This class is perfect for absolute beginners, or for the experience dnacer looking to drill and strengthen their technique.

7:30pm - 8:30pm Bellydance: Level 1
$50 for all 4 weeks, $15 to drop in on a class

Enjoy a rich study of bellydance technique, breaking down fundamentals for a clear understanding, and explore movement vocabulary with short, fun combinations. Reinforce, refine and refresh, with an artillery of drills designed to get you the deepest, richest expression of movement. Become familiar with the history and trends of bellydance through classroom discussion. This class is perfect for those who are new to bellydance, or for the experienced dancer wishing to strengthen their technique. Colleen can modify class components to suit all levels of dancers. Walk away feeling deliciously challenged and hungry for more of this inspiring art form.
